Holly Ford, AMFT
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Growing into the people we are born to become is no small feat. It is full of grit and hard effort, requiring flexibility when things do not go as we’d hoped, often within circumstances beyond our control. In the midst of it all—in the muck and the mire—I believe hope is still possible.
I value connection and relationship as essential parts of growth, because meaningful change often unfolds through feeling truly seen and understood. Together, we can explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, rather than criticism and judgement. Growth does not require having everything figured out, only a willingness to take small, honest steps. With support and intention, it is possible to build a future that feels more grounded and fulfilling. My intention is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater connection, resilience, and renewed hope.
I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University. Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, I have called Redding home since 2018. I value creative expression in many different forms but especially enjoy spending time in my home ceramics studio. I have also spent significant time abroad and have found a secondary home for my heart in Aotearoa, New Zealand. I look forward to connecting with you!
