Hailie, counselor and therapist at Discover Hope Therapy in Redding, CA

Hailie Griffith, AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You are capable of more than you know. Sometimes we need help to discover what our strengths are! My passion is found in building up others to discover the light inside of them, to help people find their voice and have that voice be heard. With couples, my passion is in helping them rediscover their love for each other, build communication and overcome hurt or hardship that has created a rift between them. I am a huge believer in finding and cultivating your village, our support systems can make or break how we navigate through life. My goal is to inspire and lift you up in sessions, to discover (or re-discover) who you are and what you want from life, and to overcome the trials of life without shutting yourself down and ignoring important emotions.

I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Touro University and a Bachelors in Sociology from Chico. I have spent most of my life in Shasta County and now live in Redding with my husband, daughter and two cats. We spend time enjoying the outdoors or playing board games with family and friends. I value investing in myself and building up things that fill my cup so I can show up for people in my life through yoga, reading, and quality time with loved ones.
